Thinking of booking a holiday with Hays in Bishops Waltham...well don't !Poor customer service with poor attitude .Not professional.Mistakes were made in our latest holiday which we booked months ago.The staff could not even get our names correct on the booking for our P and O cruise.Leaving us to sort out the mess . Cancel booked trips and then re book.
