I tend not to leave a bad review, but having read mixed reviews for this chippy and deciding to chance it... Well I think I'll add to the recent bad reviews.Peek dinner time on a Saturday I'd expect to see some food in the warmer, there was none. It appears that they were cooking to order and then wrapping both fish and chips straight from the fryers. Sounds good? No, it makes for soggy, greasy food. By the time we got our food back and unwrapped it (5-10 min drive) the chips were stuck together in a soft mass. The chips were bad, the fish was bad, the battered sausage was edible".If we were local this would not be a chippy we'd use more than once."

Food was OK, chips bit hard nothing some gravy wouldn't sort out lol and only thing is its cash only having card option would be beneficial for people in a tight spot. Overall not bad for first time but will be visiting again as local to me in the village.

Had chicken and chips x2 chicken like cardboard so so dry I am a chef if you can’t cook chicken pack up will never go near the place again it’s basic cooking not difficult but it seems it is for some !!!!

Nice little Fish and chip shop in Wainfleet with takeaway and indoor seating available. Situated at the side of the main road just past the market square where parking is available a short walk away. Great fish and chips and associated products highly recommended.
