Enquired on couple cars, reserved a car that took so long to get to site. Once it arrived, I was told by sales girl it is prepped and ready to take home. Having reviewed the car, with great disgust-no spare or tyre kit incase of breakdown, car was not serviced for last 3 years but they tried and argue saying it didn't need it as it has done less than 10k miles, car had bad paint work and poor alloy repairs showing scratches on alloys. What I will say is these are auction purchased cars with. No warranted mileage and majority are ex lease or rentals. Please take your time and do not pity the sale girl asking for a 5 star review because she won't be paid. This showroom is a total mug off. In all honesty I would rather deal with arnold clark. Request to see car in dry settings to fully examine paintwork. I was shocked by the amount of filler applied to body, this can not be seen on wet surface. No paperwork, no service history, no book manuals or mats. Cheap battered cars that are no good for purpose. Keep scrolling below to find honest reviews. Not worth trouble and stress. They don't care.

From the initial phone contact with Head Office right through all the various departments, to the final delivery of my car….this company have been brilliant. Branch staff have been helpful and very professional on all my calls. Highly recommend you give them a try and you may also end up with a very high specked car…with extremely low mileage…just like me!

Do not purchase a car from here. Customer service is non existent once they sell you a car. Aftercare is non existent.Been chasing full car service history for the past 3 months no luck. After being promised. Only to be provided a list with dates and mileage in which any Tom and Harry can make up.Avoid avoid avoid! It’s hard when you are being promised call backs and also emails in reality nothing happens!Had my car for 6 months now and I’m just stressed and worried all thanks to carshop. Nobody wants to take ownership.

Bought a car few months ago, service was fine till I took the car and signed the documents. Service has been abysmal since then. Had a few problems with the car after I left the show room and had email proof but all they would do is delay and say over the phone they will get back to you. Spoke to 5 different members saying the same thing and till this day haven’t got call back. The 6 month warranty you have with your car once you leave they will do everything to avoid paying to fix. The only good thing about this company is that they have good cars on 0% interest. Other than that do not waste your time with any additional costs such as warranty as they did not even explain that properly to me. So thanks CLAIRE and MICHEAL for the phone calls I did not get back I won’t be calling back and will deal with the problems myself.AVOID THEM.

DO NOT BUY!!! ***AVOID AVOID AVOID***When I test drove the vehicle, I made the salesman, aware that the brakes didn’t feel right. I was assured by him that the car has been through their usual procedure and checks and that they were ok with plenty of wear. I took his word for it and purchased the car. After 1 week, two things became clear. There was a noise coming from the brakes and a slight roof leak. (convertible) I informed them of these issues and the car went back to be checked over and I was told that they could not find any fault with either of the issues I had raised. As I drove away, I instantly heard the noise so I rang back straightaway and said that I was coming straight back and I wanted a mechanic to drive with me in the car so they could hear the noise and identify it. So I returned for a second time and the mechanic heard the noise and the car had to be booked in again to be checked the following week. The car went back and was checked again and I was told that it needed new shoes. Why was this not checked the first time or prior to me buying the car? It was evident that this had been missed during all the “so called” checks and inspections!!!The car had to be booked in again and while we were waiting for authorisation on parts, the roof was leaking again so I drove to them straight away and I was told that the roof needed new seals both sides and that this will be done the same time as the brakes. Again, why was this missed the first time?I came back 2 weeks later for the work to be carried out. I collected my car later that day and was happy with the work carried out on the brakes. However, I can’t say the same for the roof. The seal was loose one side and the next time it rained, the leaks were worse than before. I asked for the car to be taken to Manufacturer instead to which they agreed. To cut a long story short the car went back to Manufacturer 3 times becuse the roof carried on leaking despite numerous repairsSince June the car had been back 9 times and for repair 22 days in total!I was left with no other option but to take my car back and seek a full refund and asked if they could supply me with a car thats driveable. They gave me a stock car due to no courtesy cars available which was advertised for sale. Within one hour of having the stock car the engine management light came on and another light about the tyres - this convinces me that these so called checks are not been carried out properly before being released for people to buy.I now have had a full refund and can finally put this whole thing to bed which as you can imagine has been very stressful. After speaking with a friend he too has had a car from them 18 months ago and has problems since day 1. His car is currently at car supermarket again and had been there for a number of months.I would advise NEVER to buy a car from this company. The vehicles are not checked properly and as a customer the lack of care and professionalism is non existent.AVOID!!!!

Brilliant service provided by Andy and Rachel at Carsupermarket, they made the entire experience and process very easy and smooth for me. I was particularly happy with their patience whilst dealing with me in relation to the time it took me to sell my old car first and waited till I was completely satisfied with the car I was buying. Very friendly, polite and customer service was excellent.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I should have written this review years ago. We got a car here years ago and every time we have had to have service or an M.O.T. It has been physically painful dealing with them. yeah we'll call you this afternoon when we finish your MOT" but they NEVER call. Then you have to just call them before close

We dealt with Phoebie and initially the service was great, until we took the car home - since then it has been appalling.A week after purchase, we bought the car back in to have its ceramic coating done (FYI if you’re thinking of purchasing the Titan HD package - don’t bother) The job was so poor, it looked like nothing had been applied and they also left major scratches on our side windows that obviously weren’t there before.Alongside this, we wanted to cancel our warranty and for some reason it took a whole month to action this through. At one point I was told it had been done but it clearly hadn’t as when I went to chase this up a few days later ’their systems had been down since last week’. I received no confirmation like I asked, just a whole bunch of chasing things up through emails. The communication with Phoebie was terrible as she acted very cold and unprofessional.Overall, I would avoid this place. We also spoke to Joe and Steve but no one bothers passing on messages and no one bothers calling you back.Such as disappointing experience as this was our first time buying a car.

The experience at CarSupermarket Stoke was great because the sales person Marc went through everything and then Dan in the workshop rang me every day to let me know what was happening and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease about buying without seeing. When the car arrived at my house almost 120 miles away the car was pristine condition and I couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend car supermarket stoke without any hesitation ""

Had a wonderful experience at car supermarket, the young woman who dealt with me , Phoebe was professional, amiable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I went to view, so much so I not only viewed but drove away in it that day,I would have no problem at all in recommending Stoke on Trent carsupermarket to friends and family .
