Clean place and easy to use. Very friendly staff (all of them) with an aim of striving for customer satisfaction.Was looked after Kurt (special mention) who has been amazing. Making sure I took the correct unit, the right insurance and give me all the info I needed. It was seemless. Was never pressured or hurried into taking out a unit until I was ready. Furthermore, Kurt has been on hand in person and over the phone to answer additional questions once I had access to my unit.Keep up the good work.Sunny Patel.

The storage space are very clean, and secured! I recieved an outstanding service, the staff were very helpfuly. I was mean to go to a differnt branch, ended up at the Uxbridge branch by accident, they helped me transfer my booking to the Uxbridge branch, a very nice lady helped me see the different size storage she was very patient with me thoughout. They even went above and beyond by helping print out my flight ticket. I recommend them to anyone 100%.

This was the second time that I have used The Big Yellow Storage. I was lucky enough to get Kurt once again, who helped me through the process seamlessly! He explained everything clearly and even got me a better storage unit overall! Great staff worker!

Self storage. It's in the name.Staff can be more warm,helpful and maybe smile? Anyways, if you're looking for storage they have it, price is ok.If your looking for helpful, friendly staff maybe not the place.

I rent a storage room, Kurt has been brilliant, called me after I completed my online check in for a follow up. Very clear, showed me the room and how to gain access.Earlier today I went to buy some boxes, helped me with that as well, excellent service and always smiley.
