I didn't get the name of the guy who dealt with me but he was brill. Very helpful. Phone was fixed within 45 minutes and then when I went to pick it up he checked it all with me to make sure it was OK. Went the extra mile cleaning it all too.

Son’s phone fell off a 1 storey balcony, phone still worked but back glass and screen were smashed. Went here as it was only 100 pounds through insurance, fair as our usual shop said they would fix it for 180 quid. Got it fixed and there were light signs glue had been used as there was glue burrs hanging off of the camera lens. Fair enough for a £100 repair of most of the body but this is where it got saucy, the day we got the phone back (after a 7 day wait) the phone fell off of a half meter table and only one fifth of the screen was working. Rang up pocket geek and had to wait another week to wait for parts to come. Got the Phone fixed but (yet again) 1/5 of the screen was unresponsive . It takes multiple attemps to press the ‘a’ key on his phone screen. After getting it fixed twice (twice) you expect to have your phone working. My son has decided to save up for a refurbished phone from the people we should have gone to, to fix the phone in the first place. Even though we could probably go to these lot again. Don’t go here go to IPhone doctor instead. Never coming back. Disgraceful. You get what you pay for. Only good thing to come from this was the fact while waiting for the phone to be fixed for the second time I got a greggs.

I've been to Pocket Geek twice so far and intend to keep on coming back because they are brilliant!!!Great service and always super friendly, Tom has done a fantastic job of saving my phone screen at the Halifax store today.Can't say enough good things about these guys, for all tech repairs and accessories I highly recommend them.

We had an older iPad Gen 6 screen repair completed here after a botched effort from another business in Halifax. All Apple parts used and IPad is like brand new again!
