The K9 Concept (Dog Training & K9 Freedom Field)

Good signage & easy to get to, good parking. Human rest spots. Water & hose down facility.Poo rubbish containers would be appreciated.This is a gentle sloping hill with entrance at lower end, so it can get boggy, even with rubber mats.My animals love it here - lots of wildlife smells to enjoy, growing trees to investigate for canine evidence, & tall fences to foil potential escapees. There are also a number of fun, agility features.With limited mobility, I can just about make it around the field, once I've safely negotiated my way through the double gates & (currently) the mud. This time of year there's mud wherever one goes but here it's particularly cloying & balance-testing at the entrance-way!I like this place. There are good views from the top & the slope provides good exercise for the dogs. Most importantly, the dogs love it ❤️

We have recently returned from our holiday in Cornwall. For a part of our break we stayed in a very dog friendly hotel. Dogs are allowed everywhere apart from the restaurant and spa areas. Due to this caveat alternate dining options were given to us along with the other dog owners. On all the evenings we dined at the hotel our dog Leia was exceptionally well behaved. Leia has been attending training 121, group courses and workshops with Zsófi and her team since she was a puppy (currently 16 months old). One of the most valuable parts of the pub training scenario came into effect. Leia stayed under our table or beside us both during the whole meal. She didn’t make a sound or bother any of the other guests during the meals. She ate her food and slept. The only time she barked was when she had been half asleep and someone walked by the room startling her. A few of the other guests asked how did we manage to keep her well behaved for over two hours. We explained about the training courses with Zsófi and her team. My husband and I were and are extremely proud paw parents. Thank you Zsófi for all your help as we are able to visit and do many things thanks to your guidance. We are now going to start the process again with our new puppy.

Excellent dog trainer that gives quality and passion.

We have a 15 months border collie boy. We moved house which unsettled him. Zsofi has already taught us so much in 3 sessions that he is settling into our new home. Zsofi is professional and most importantly honest and understood how difficult it was daily, to manage him.We see Zsofi weekly because.we want our border collie to be the best version of himself.Thank you Zsofi for helping us connect with our border collie boy because he is becoming a very good boy.Michelle and Sharon

We completed a 4 week 1:1 course - combination of in person and online sessions with Zsofi with our 3 month old Golden Retriever Puppy who was getting very distracted when trying to do any training! Zsofi taught us how to deal with distractions and begin recall with distraction- so much improvement seen in just 4 months and Zsofi checked videos along the way that we sent her to make sure we were practising the right things!

On holiday locally and needed somewhere to run the dogs off lead without getting covered in sticky balls/burrs. Fantastic set up including water and seating, much needed in the heat.

The K9 field is amazing, very safe and secure, lots of obstacles to try, very well managed. Zsofi is also an absolutely amazing dog trainer, she tailors everything to you and your dogs needs. We couldn't have managed our dog (Molly's) behaviour without her.. Zsofi offers so many training opportunities both 1-2-1 and in groups. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We've had training with k9 concept since we bought our puppy home. We've completed the puppy, obedience and scent work courses, pack walks, used the confidence course and visit the freedom field at least once each week. All of the group courses and activities have been hugely valuable to us. We are having some individual sessions currently to help with our leadership to improve our walks. Zsofi is calm, professional, friendly and really knows her stuff I'd recommend k9 concept to anyone.
