Platinum were great from start to finish, I'm not the easiest customer, I started out asking to be quoted for solar tiles and changed my mind to panels, they dealt with my indecision with patients and were very professional throughout.The selling and fitting roles are combined so there are no miss communications between what you agreed when ordering and what is delivered and installed.There's a lot of options when installing a solar system and I was please with how they provided information in a clear and easily understood manner.They matched a price I was quoted by another supplier, which was great as I was keen to go with Platinum Energy because of the great advice and service they had provided pre-saleThe key selling points for me, price aside, were the free car charging point they included, the 265kw all black panels they used and the Imersun unit they installed.They advised us to switch to led bulbs, which they sourced at a very competitive price.Overall from the pre-sales advice to the post fitting clean-up they were outstanding and we are grateful for the high standard of service they provided.I'd have no issue recommending them to friends and family.

Everything was explained fully, and even when we had additional questions, the communication was first class. In fact the whole experience was very smooth, everything happened on the days they were supposed to happen from the arrival of the scaffolding to the same being taken away and everything in-between.We had contacted other larger companies and even had a visit from one, but the knowledge and service couldn't compare.If you are thinking of installing any product covered by Platinum Energy Solutions, I couldn't recommend them highly enough, the service from start to finish was first class.
