I have been using Rainbow cleaning services for over a month now. I wanted a cleaning company that would be able to take on a busy 3 bed family home. I was so happy that Rainbow cleaning could take me on. I have been very happy with standard of cleaning and the friendliness of the staff. I have Stacey regularly and I like the continuity and being able to build up a rappor with her. I would recommend Rainbow cleaning services to anyone looking for a professional cleaning company.

It has been about a year since we engaged the services of Rainbow Cleaning Services. We have had different teams some weeks, but the standard of the clean and the little touches, folding towels, etc has been consistent throughout. Our current team, Claire and Abbey are doing a wonderful job giving the bathroom a proper clean, sorting the kids bedrooms and putting up with a sometimes over protective daschund! We would happily recommend this company to anyone!!

We started having Rainbow Cleaning come to our house early February. They are absolutely brilliant. They do a thorough and professional job. We have a little blue book the company gave us that we can leave notes in for them if we’re not going to be in the house which is really useful. On occasions they’ve put clean bedding on our bed for us too, and although we’ve not used the service yet, they will also do a spot of ironing for you. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I don't think my house has ever been so clean! It's so nice to come home and find the house sparkling. Not only that, it's clear there's attention to detail too, such as towels hung neatly on the towel rail and dry washing folded and left in a tidy pile ready to be put away. The communication book is also an excellent idea - the cleaners leave little updates of what they've done and you can make requests in return. They're a local, small business too, so you get quick, personalised responses AND they're excellent value for money.

Good cleaning and the cleaners were nice during the visits but communication was poor.The cleaning was a minimum of £30 a session. £20 an hour, with a 90 minute minimum.- They broke an item in the first visit and I was never told until I called back hours later. They put it back hoping I wouldn't notice.- Occasionally I got charged a full 90-minute session, even though the cleaners would be done and on their way out in 60 minutes.- Inconsistent with the requested time slot, despite initially asking them to show up around a specific time. It seems they showed up when convenient for them.- They stopped showing up without even informing me after a missed visit due to them arriving an hour early. They also tried invoicing full price for this missed visit.Overall the cleaning quality was good enough to ignore some of the issues mentioned, but sometimes the experience was quite unprofessional.

We've had regular cleans from Rainbow for about 2 years now. They leave the place spotless, don't mind the mad dog, give me space when I'm working in the office and never miss an appointment - would definitely recommend.

We've been using Rainbow for about a year now. Initially I wasn't sure how the service would work having different teams some weeks, but it's been great having flexibility if needed and still a good clean. We changed our slot recently and Amy and Amy did a fab job giving our kitchen and bathroom a proper clean, much needed as we run around looking after our six month old! Would recommend the service to anyone, Rebecca and Victoria have been really helpful when we needed to change slots or clarify things.

Recently moved from a different cleaning company to rainbow, and wish I had done it earlier! The team are brilliant and do a high standard of cleaning, they always ask if we need anything else cleaning which is great. Amy and Beth always do a great job, couldn't be happier
