I had an amazing experience, all the staff treated me so well and I ended up getting a car that I didn't know I needed so much. I'm enjoying every ride. Thank you so much Toyota inchcape. And a special thank you to Aamer as well as Naomi and Sheldon.

I took my daughters car here for an annual service.We arrived at just before 9am and this is where the problems began. We took advantage of the service sign in and key locker drop off machine as you enter the building. We entered the reg number and placed the key in the locker that opened! We received notification via email that the car had been registered as dropped off and we left.At approx 4PM we called to ask how the car was getting on to be told the service department closed at midday on a saturday and there was noone around to help. After being told the car was not there, the poor salesman that answered the phone eventually found the car where we left it, we accepted that we were not going to get the car back as promised.On monday we reached out again to find the staff did not know we had dropped the car off! Apparently they didnt get the notification that we did! A very very appologetic lady told us she had authorisation to give us preferential prices on any additional work we authorised and the car would be washed.£800 and 7 days later we collected an unwashed car. I sent photos in along with an official complaint and got no response.I will definately not be taking the car back and will now use Jemca in Reading for all our toyota requirements.A truely aweful experience.

What a brilliant service!! Rang on the Monday morning as i had seen a very keenly priced Toyota CHR on Autotrader and spoke to Karen … how refreshing ! No nonsense talk - she very quickly gave me an excellent ‘ball park’ part exchange figure on my car and passed me over to Patrick who provided all the info we needed about the new car , along with a video . We were very happy and arranged to drive the 120 miles to Basingstoke to do the deal . We were met by Naomi who confirmed the quoted part ex price for our car , talked us through the process and showed us the new car. Within an hour we were very happily on our way in our smashing new car. The whole process from that first call to driving away including all admin , paperwork etc took up just 2 hours of our time ! Huge Thanks and thumbs up to Karen for her directness and straightforward no nonsense approach ,to the very helpful Patrick for handholding us through the week and finally to Naomi who was so helpful and efficient at the handover stage . Leanne was brilliant, we had a bit of a wait on the day but she's was very attentive to everyone there so no one felt they had been forgotten. She explained all the work that was carried out clearly and even pointed out the the wheel nut set I had in the car was the wrong one. Brilliant service

I have had a terrible experience buying a car from this dealership. Their communication is appalling, they make countless promises they never keep & will constantly ignore you. I spent close to £30,000 on a brand new car from here, but my windscreen was cracked by the emergency brake in under 2 months of ownership. They then informed me central Toyota would not cover this on the warranty, but refused to provide any evidence to support this and said to just “take their word for it”. A further £160 that cost me and I now feel like the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.On top of this, after making a complaint about the very poor treatment I was promised a payment as an act of good will from them to make up for the issues I have faced with them. Over a month later and multiple chasing emails but no reply or payment received.I strongly recommend going to an alternative Toyota dealership if you can.

We've brought our Toyota to this branch for a service for the last few years. Leanne in particular is a caring and genuine person who does everything she can to look after the customer. We feel happy that our car is looked after here. Thank you

Aamer and his colleague Cain (hope the spelling is correct) couldn’t have been more helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly & they put me at ease. The process of test driving a car & then buying one was a very smooth process & they kept me up to date throughout. These members of staff are a credit to you & I would highly recommend your dealership. Also the lovely lady that greeted me when I walked in was quick to acknowledge me & offer me a drink on each occasion that I visited.
