I am a house buyer who just completed a house purchase with the help of Pawan from Cuffley Banks. Throughout the 2.5 months start to end process I have known Pawan to be a very helpful and pleasant person to communicate with and professional throughout. A few things that stood out for me as a first time house buyer unfamiliar with the process:a) I wanted the nice looking and well maintained furniture in all the rooms and he negotiated with the Seller to include all in for a steal!b) He will follow up with me at the right intervals during the process especially when I needed help and advice on how and when to progress things furtherc) At my request he arranged with Seller for my visit to the property on day before exchange date so I can do last checks and get useful advice on how to run and maintain the houseIf you need a good agent who can partner with you and knows how things are professionally accomplished and expedited I cannot recommend Pawan highly enough.
