The staff are rude and unhelpful. Despite the fact I was paying for their service it took them approximately 3 weeks to get the form I needed with a lot of resistance from their end. Their response was very petty. The signing date was listed on the form but I had to wait an additional 5 days before I was contacted and they told me it wasn't ready the day after it was signed. This form was necessary for a job. The amount of anxiety and pressure to your mental health for a service you are paying them for is unnecessary and shows a lack of regard to their community. Despite telling me to go elsewhere, the medical secretary flat out told me I don't know" when I asked where I should take up my request for a doctor to sign the form and provided no help as to where I should go."

Tried over 60 times to get through this morning to speak to a GP. Surprise, surprise, all urgent call backs gone and only routine calls in the afternoon. My daughter is sick today, it can't wait until tomorrow morning. Absolutely ridiculous.

Haven't had my medication in to weeks now haven't been able to get a review done or make an appointment got through to reception today and told to ring next Friday so another week without medication and their attitude is its not our fault. Disgraceful

Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. The attitudes of the staff here and their refusal to do their actual jobs makes them a danger to patients.

Up until now I would have deemed this surgery a good surgery and recommended them highly to other people.I asked and was given and pointed in the right direction for a referral letter for my son to attend a paediatrician privately as the nhs list was so long and the ongoing wait was affecting the entire family unit.Once I attended the private sector and got recommendations for treatment for my son from the paediatrician, the GP's refused me the prescription. Giving the fact that they said they couldn't do this script without a pead giving it the go ahead, (which he advised them to do so) they dug their heels in and refused him. Pharmacist, health visitors and other nhs workers are astounded at the treatment we have received and the lack of duty of care. I won't stop fighting for my son and the medicine he needs. There are many wonderful people who work at this surgery just unfortunately for me they don't seem to be the 'partners' that I spoke to several times about my child's lack of treatment Or the doctors who decided they can't prescribe a child this as they aren't specifically in that area, however a specialist wrote and asked for this medication for this child and how they think this child will benefit and still we are left with nothing only a terrible attitude and no help

I’ve been with this practice for over 30 years.. They are an amazing team and are dedicated to their service users. The receptionists (apart from Joan and Mary who has unfortunately retired) need a little training on their communication skills and empathy skills..I love this surgery and feel they understand my needs.. I hope I’m with them for another 30+ years.Thank you for your support.

After making 134 calls I eventually got through.... No I am not kidding.... One of the positive things about these mobile phones, you can see and count. Speed dial... If I was working that particular day I could not have spend the time on the phone..... But hey you cant get through or you have to hang up as maybe you are unfortunate enough to be at work, tough, you can just die......... One less phone call for them to answer..... As for the receptionists, I could not possibly comment, I would be thrown off this social media app!!!!! Have to say Joan is the only person on that reception who is pleasent. God help you all when she leaves. I am jumping ship, I have had enough of them !!!!

Horrendous staff.After trying to contact them several times a day for 3 weeks (during which time, I would be on hold for several minutes and eventually hung up on) I became quite desperate and I left a voicemail on the prescription line. I explained that I knew I shouldn't do this but that I was in a bad way and needed to speak to someone. One of the receptionists phones me back and actually reprimanded me over the phone. I tried to explain why I had done it and she actually said, I'm hanging up on you" and did so. Disgusting behaviour"

Joan is the only competent and nice person that works here. All new staff are extremely rude and have no clue what they are doing. Have had multiple problems within the last year, standards have really gone down hill.

Apart from a minority a lot of the reception staff are ignorant, rude, and unhelpful.
