For the second consecutive year, they decided to close the only children's playground in my village for the entire school holidays.When you have the entire year to plan and conduct this. It is nothing more than bad planning and abysmal management. At this point it feels like they do it deliberately, because they are miserable and want the children to be miserable too. If you would like me to ask my 7 year old to help you with your business planning, I'm sure you would provide a better service.

I have been living in a Bellway home for about 18 months. Recently we have an issue with an integrated washing machine. To be honest I absolutely shocked with a customer support team. First of all it's so poor communication. They not answering an email, not picking up the phone. When finally we arranged to fix it they few times sent us a third part contractors with a wrong description of a problem. Yesterday I received a phone call that someone coming to fix my problem, I wasn't at home. Nobody informed me at all about this appointment. Anyway from my first contact of Bellway customer support team gone nearly 3 months and it's still not sorted out. Sent an email today again and was ignored as always. Very, very poor service.Had previously a home with Barratt homes and it's a big difference. I think I need to fix it by myself.....

Awful home! Avoid Bellway at all costs. They never reply to problems, out of hours don't care and your house gets mouldy within 12 months of living there! AVOID HELLWAY!!!

Went along the road only to find its covered with speed humps about every 6 metres. Nice houses shame about the road calming.

We have a shower room leaking problem for at least 2 months. Keep playing email tennis and sending a wrong technician. The house also has a lot of serious cracking. Very bad construction. Really disappointed and highly not recommended. Don’t waste money in this developer.

If I could give 0 stars I would !! Avoid these at all costs, absolute shambles of a company. From the get go they where terrible, you buy a brand new house as a forever home and the amount of corners cut is a joke, the worse thing about it, their customer care doesn't care one single bit, nor does anyone higher. Constantly going around the block chasing for things to be put correct. Now we’re living in a year old home thats falling to pieces.AVOID !!!!

Most of the time the staff here are helpful. Can't say the same for there houses.
