Cheap but tasty Chinese food. Limited as to what you can buy eg soy sauce etc but can't complain.

I've ordered from Royal Palace twice, the first time because our (ex-)usual is closed Mondays. Both times:- Food arrived earlier than promised- Delicious taste- Generous portions- Free extra startersIt's not the cheapest out there but the points above make it great value. Try it!

Our food arrived cold, the king prawns were small prawns and the curry sauce was oily/watery.Really disappointed with the quality of the food, will not be returning

Ordered (collection) chicken chow mein, sweet and sour as well as the 3 in 1. Wasn't really that hungry however the food was Delicious, and ended up eating full plate.Friendly and smiley service.Would recommend and order again.Ordered again for delivery, the food doesn't disappoint. Chow mein was delicious and very juicy. Definitely would recommend.

The online system work extremely well, staff were more than happy to swap an item on the set menu. Food was hot tasted fine and well presented.

Food always hot, the tofu here is the best in north Brum. Partner says prawn crackers are great and never stale.

Absolutely awful experience last night. After being regular customers we were called bare face liars and was told to F*** o** before having the phone put down on us.A few weeks ago we had a chinese and they forgot the chips off our order, which we had paid for. The lady said im not bringing it out to you now, you can have it next time. Which i felt quite rude but agreed. Last night, still no chips! After a phonecall previous to my order reminding her and her agreeing to the chips as well as a free curry. Well we had no chips and no free curry. And an extremely rude lady who was adament that we 'were lying to get free things'. She refused to come and collect our food, and refused to give us a refund. Royal palace you have just lost a regular customer!!

Ordering was easy efficient and pleasant. Gluten free options were available and they even phoned us back to check every detail. Food was delicious. Can't fault and would definitely use again.
