I can't review the store at West granton Rd.So this is the closest baynes I hope you pass this review on.West granton Rd deserves one star review.Advertises it's open on Sundays when it's closed. Says its open sun from 9am on the door.Also advertises that it sells breakfast til 11am every day, this is not true.I have been in this shop 3 times recently to be told there is no breakfast items left at 10.30am or earlier.This store is being badly managed, customers waiting for upto ten mins to be told no breakfast items left.With only one member of staff serving.Poor customer service by badly trained and poorly led staff.

Just for takeaway. Doughnuts, cream doughnuts, and regular coffee. Good experience.A few chairs and 2 small tables in the morning could help to take a seat breakfast. Thanks

This is a great Baynes. Food great as always, and staff friendly.Although it definitely must be a difficult job. The smaller girl with glasses was very cheery when she started here. Her face is tripping her now. Understandable though. Dealing with the modern day general public must be soul destroying.

Baynes on Ferry Road is a good wee place to go grab lunch or a quick snack, with friendly and helpful staff. Even though there were a number of things unavailable when I last visited, it was right at lunchtime, so understandable. I was still able to find something decent to eat though so its all good.
