Went to Zapp IT & C because the 'e' on my laptop had stopped working intermittently. Well this was fixed in 30 seconds with a simple blow of an air compressor. Then they fixed an irritating software glitch which has been bugging me since I bought the computer 2 years ago. That took about 1 minute. Asked for the bill and was told no charge for such an easy fix. What a brilliant local service. Thank you.

The best customer service I have ever received. Fixed my Macbook air from liquid damage super fast, and not only replaced my logic board but sorted out my whole Macbook. Amazing communication, very honest company that really puts you first. I'm very happy, excellent service. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service! Max was very friendly and helpful. This man deserves a pay rise.My phone had a degrading battery so I took it into Zapp. I was amazed by the prices, less than half as much as the manufacturers themselves, and it even included 6 months warranty!The battery was replaced in front of me within around 50 minutes, while I sat on the sofa drinking coffee from their free coffee machine. It was super quick and my phone now has a new back and looks brand new. Would definitely recommend this place.I will be back

I took an old, heavily used Dell Inspiron laptop with a damaged screen and dead battery for repair. Alex ordered the parts and fitted them immediately when I returned a few days later, all at a very reasonable price. He provided quick, polite,. well informed advice. He has since also helped out my wife with her iPad and phone. I'd thoroughly recommend this shop without any hesitation.

I went in with my mac book pro with my screen cracked and keyboard was going slightly. I was quoted for both to be fixed and fitted it would cost me £1300.I do a lot of fixing myself but at the moment a little bit busy to do it. Parts would have only cost in total £550, so that is an extra £750 just for labour.I was shocked as Apple do this for £600 and that is what I'm sending it all off for.I don't understand why it's so much and I would have come back with other tech that needs fixing if it was cheaper than Apple.Unfortunately I feel this business is for those who don't know what they are doing or need a quick fix.

What a couple of absolute superstars!Diagnosed the problem then and there, refused to allow me to spend money on a temporary fix and so used their ingenuity, know how and skill to make a very effective repair!I came back in half an hour and we were good to go!The only payment they would accept was cake.It's great to now know we've got a great place right on the doorstep for all our IT woes.Would 100% recommend.

Excellent. A speedy and professional service was provided. Alex diagnosed and actually showed me the problems with my iPhone which had fallen into water and (unsurprisingly) wasn’t functioning. It’s now up and running like new. Very reasonably priced and repairs are undertaken in the shop. Have referred others who are equally happy. A very welcome additional local service to our neighbourhood.

Took my 6 year old HP laptop in on Monday 7th, and they kept me informed at all times of what was wrong, what the costs would be. It needed a new motherboard and a new battery. I just collected it today Friday 11th June and it looks like new, working faster and incredibly friendly and great service. Took some of their business cards as will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again.

They're amazing, I've always been scared to go to tech fixers as I thought they'd charge the earth, but these guys found a cost saving solution for me and my old laptop, resurrected it , and made it shiny new with bells and whistles for a remarkably reasonable price and speedy turnaround.I could not thank them enough and will be a customer for life.
