The care and compassion that we as a family experienced when my husband passed away was exceptional. From the moment I first spoke to Tracey at Stapleford the day after my husband died the stress was taken out of the whole process leading up to the funeral and beyond. Tracey embraced all the family's ideas, plans and wishes for a funeral that was appropriate for him, which reflected his life and personality. Her attention to detail and patience in answering all our queries was amazing. So much was provided as part of the Lymns service that we didn't expect. Everything was top quality.
