Absolutely fantastic team. It's nice to have a hairdressers you can't count on for hontesst advice and opinions. They don't give you unrealistic expectations which is great because you want to know what you're paying for. They're all very professional and great at what they do.

Very disappointed at lack of client care. Rang on Saturday, no response so left message, requesting an appt Monday. It is Monday and not heard anything. Rang again and left another message. Tried the website, request i fill in form, which one has to specify age - why? it is up to the customer if they want to take advantage of 'special' offers? It is intrusive. You do not need to know a person's age, you need to answer the phone and see the individual in front of you, not their age.
