After buying 2 Sportage’s with these guys in the past I felt confident in recommending FB for great customer care. Today when I returned with my friend to look at a Stonic my view was justified completely. When we entered the showroom we were greeted by Matt who remembered me from when I bought my car March 2022 (Nice touch considering how many people he must meet daily) and with no pressure at all left us to view and test drive the car. To be honest the quality of the product means the car practically sells itself, but having done a bit of sensible research about the Stonic in advance to avoid needing to ask too many questions at the dealership this made the experience easier, though as reported the team are very good ambassadors for the product and would have no doubt answered any questions we may have had. A deal was quickly concluded and I left feeling 1, my faith in recommending in F.B Kia was well founded, 2, I was impressed with the manner we were dealt by Adam who sorted out the paperwork for my friend quickly, again with no pressure. Obviously the car has yet to be collected however in these days of sometimes questionable standards at some motor dealers I have no hesitation with endorsing the reputation of Kia and these guys to serve my friend well. This is our second kia purchase from the kia Swindon branch. From test drive, ordering to delivery of our Kia niro ev 73 plate was brilliant. Amjad , Saved me £75 pm on my payments !!!, it wasn't time for me to change in for a new car at the time , prob had about 5 or 6 months until i would have been ready, but as i’m already with fish bros Kia i often get the odd call, this time amjad said he had an offer to let me know about and when i read how good it was , i went for it and now have my brand new Kia ,they even collected my old one and put my plates on retention for me and the new one was delivered plates and all 5 * all day long and yes ill be back in 3 years to do it all again x

First service. Was told car would get a clean. Car comes back barely cleaned, just sprayed it then brushed the dirt left across the paintwork, then left it to dry. Told by their service manager its a complimentary clean"
