Unbelievable shocking service my daughter was waiting for 6 hours with a broken hand, first they called out the wrong name when we checked they had discharged her saying she had been seen! eventually she had an X-ray we were Told to wait in the waiting room again we had been waiting for another two hours when they turned all the lights off the receptionist had gone home the cleaner came through when we asked what was going on they ignored us we waited another hour and just before all the lights were turned off a nurse checked the room we asked what was going on as her hand had not been treated at all and he said what were we doing still waiting as everybody had gone home? and it was closed and then luckily he agreed to quickly straighten her broken fingers and put plasters round them before we were kicked out the door absolute disgrace!!!

Really friendly and caring staff with a small hospital context that is easy to access. Efficient despite it being a bank holiday.

Very clean and comfortable waiting area, less chaotic than Gloucester. Staff were great, very understanding, listened to me and were very thorough in their examinations. Only downside is that if you need surgery, they don’t have a surgical team so you need to be in Gloucester

After such a horrific time at Gloucester Royal a&e, this was a fantastic change, spotlessly clean, the staff were so efficient and friendly, incredibly thorough with testing my father for everything that could've been wrong and got him diagnosed within the day. The staff checked on him throughout and made sure he was fed and ok, amazing all round.

I spent 6 hours in A and E today. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and quality of care by all the staff from the initial Reception. Triage, Heart Monitoring team, Blood personell, Xray staff and finally the Doctor. Yes it all took time but how lucky we are to be so professionally looked after. What a well managed, caring department.Thank you

Arrived with a suspected fractured elbow, seen and dealt with in just over 1 hour following X-ray and confirmation. Awesome staff.

A terrible hospital, poorly educated doctors and routine misdiagnosis; the NHS Trust managing these hospitals aught to be investigated.
