I recently sold a property and Adele from Yopa was my guardian angel as I hadn't got a clue what to do. Adele is so professional and also extremely helpful with all my queries.. Adele is on hand 24/7 if you have any problems including weekends. Been dealing with Richard who loves to use inverted commas and is quite possibly the rudest Estate agent I have ever encountered. 300k purchase lost for the vender thanks to his bone idle approach to viewings. Avoid

Adele sold the property quickly for more than the asking price. Communication could've improved but I felt this was because Adele was extremely busy due to increased demand. Adele dealt with issues with my conveyancer head on and supported me to resolve issues. Always helpful

Dreadful service, very poor customer care. Evidence of leaving buyers hanging, failing to respond to messages and participating in gazumping. I would avoid at all costs.

Yopa were a very easy company to work with in the purchase of our new house. Everything was simplified and the estate agent was exemplary. Adele really made sure that we were kept up to date with everything. She is both courteous and professional, and made both my wife and I comfortable with the entire process. She was always there at the end of a phone call to settle our minds. I could not recommend her enough. 120%!!
