Fit Physique or Jess as we know her is a fabulous, knowledgeable and dedicated PT. She is totally committed to helping you achieve your goals. She'll really help you get out of your comfort zone and achieve great things... I started PT with Jess in the run up to my wedding to look and feel extra special on my big day.. which I did! ... I've been married 14 months now and I still keep up those PT sessions.. a PT is for life, not just a wedding!

I have been PT’ing with Jess for about a year now, which I initially started to get in better shape for my upcoming wedding. The results that showed after just even a few months of training and working to improve on my nutrition with her were unbelievable.I have just had my final wedding dress fitting today and I am over the moon - Jess has really got me into a better place with both my fitness and change in my shape. I couldn’t thank her more! Jess has given me back my buzz for the gym. I love our sessions, she’s given me a plan for when I’m not with her and is also helping with my nutrition. Exceeded all my expectations in a PT. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Jess highly enough! I have been training once/ week with Jess for 1.5 years and she’s completely transformed my attitude to fitness and has transformed my body shape. I might whinge during my sessions (!) but I genuinely enjoy them and look forward to going.

I know this as PT hut. Discovered it a while ago and is a brilliant no nonsense gym for people of all ages and abilities. It has a terrific tolerant inclusive vibe. I lucked out to have Jess as my trainer who puts me through my paces weekly (I am 74). She is not just my trainer but my counsellor and friend. Made a terrific difference to my life for which I thank Jess and all the friendly staff at PT hut.

Jess is a fabulous Personal Trainer. I've worked with her for over 4 years and as a 47 year old who wants to prolong his active sporting life as long as possible, Jess has been amazing. I just turn up each week and she plans my goals and sessions, keeping me constantly improving and making gains. Even when I had a serious skiing accident Jess was there was to support my recovery and get me back into shape.I could not recommend Jess. Just keep turning up and she'll make sure you get into the shape you want, and more. No matter how old, how many ailments and old injuries, what condition you're in today - I highly recommend.
