The service was great, the workers were friendly and explained the process in detail. They kept in contact with us and were always on time. We moved out for the 4 days and left them with a key. They were really trustworthy. Great service would definitely recommend them.

Really unprofessional - I contacted this company, paid and had a damp survey done speedily. Things turned sour when I requested a report about damp (much less about condensation). To their credit it was explained to me that damp and condensation are the same thing and they are obliged to provide a report with all of the problems that they found. I agreed to get their report even if it contained results for damp and condensation. Despite my efforts to be understanding and accepting of the report they would provide, to my horror the company sent me an email saying that they would not provide a survey report and would rather refund my payment. Again, I protested emphasising that I had paid (and did not want a refund), the survey had been carried out and I simply wanted the report of the survey. Again they refused to provide a report without any further explanation of the reasons. My contact with this company for a simple damp survey report has left me completely disappointed. I have had to ask them for a refund which I hope I will get as speedily as I paid them. Thank goodness there are other more professional damp proofing companies out there.
