Be careful with this guys, I ´ve never before felt so cheated and decieved from the day one in my whole life. As an foreign investor, I´m still struggling with the substandard structure and poor quality building they developed and constructed in Bootle,Liverpool ( Wishing Well apt), plenty of problems with official papers issues, City Council Licenses,etc. They never gave us an answer or solution for the many problems we had of all sort because of them. If you want to live in peace, keep your distance from this people

Really great service from start to finish.I had a bad experience with another developer but Elavace made it really simple and easy to get from the start of the process to exchange.Leah was fantastic to deal with and really went out of her way to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision.Would definitely recommend.
