Amazing customer service! I had purchased a Jose Eber hair straightener around 18 months ago and it just stopped working all of a sudden. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the original receipt but when I contacted the company and explained the situation they were super quick to respond and take action. They agreed to replace the hair straightener with a brand new one. Both ladies I contacted (the Jose Eber manager at the store which I had purchased the item from and the lady at Jose Eber company) were amazing, helpful, very easy to deal with and as mentioned above very quick and accommodating. I cannot thank you enough, you really made my day!

I returned an item via EVRI on 12th December but haven't had a refund. This is dreadful company who have a confusing returns system; yet sell toys from reputable companies like Hamleys!

I bought some IKEA kallax drawers inserts 25% cheaper than IKEA and free delivery (IKEA was charging £15). Arrived in a few days. Really great. Will use this website again!

Mateasa was the most helpful quick customer service woman at replacing my wonderful Jose Eber Airstyler all within 1 week of returning the old one. She made sure to honour my life time guarantee so easily. I’m truly grateful as I was so lost without this amazing hair wand. Thank you again for be ultra helpful and so kind.

Fabulous customer service!My 9yo purchased a drone at Hamleys however one of the levers on the controller broke within a week. I was unsure who could help and contacted both Hamleys and Buzz via email over the weekend. Buzz replied very quickly and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me without question which was received within a week of my initial email.Thank you so much!

Awful service I ordered a drone and an air hockey set. Been charged for both but only the drone turned up in a package just big enough for the drone. Despite numerous emails to your cs address I've been completely ignored for 10 days. I will be putting a chargeback through.

This was the first time we used this company and was very impressed with the outstanding customer service. The item we ordered was delivered in a very prompt time. There was a slight problem with it. We emailed Buzz Retail regarding the issue. They quickly responded with an apology and without asking any questions put a new order in the post which arrived within a couple of days. I was very impressed with this level of customer service. I can’t recommend them enough and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
