Usually a great car park with lots of spaces and recommended. Only giving 4 stars are the machines were only taking coins yesterday. Getting cash was an absolute nightmare, and luckily, the council people there were great, trying to get everyone sorted a.s.a.p.

The parking spaces are very small plus they have put there prices up to £2.50 an hour from just a £1

A car park that despite its tight turns actually gives decent parking space at a decent price. You pay before leaving for the time you've been parked. No messing with tickets and trying to reach out the car. ANPR cameras do it all. It's close to the market and shopping centre so convenient.

Dirty smelly car park that Swansea council have now decided to charge 17 pounds to park in for the day. Used to be two pounds all day.Be careful using the stairwells as you need to avoid the puddles of pee.

A few of these reviews seem to be for a different car park that has since been closed. The price is clearly signed is £1 per hour, city centre, that's a bargain! As has been pointed out, closes at 11pm so beware if attending theatre etcTake a star off coz of dirtyness and beggars.Edit: Went on Saturday night Oct 7 2023 and the time of closure had been taped over.

Disgusting customer service, and a terrible leaky car park, used to be £2 all day and on the 17th of April I came out of work, only to find a £17 charge. No clear, visible signage for the price change, only shown on a single A4 piece of paper in tiny writing out of sight. I didn't have £17 in my account so I couldnt pay and was rudely told I couldn't leave unless I paid, disgusting. I will be following up with the council.

Great location to park when raining. Quadrant on doorstep payment made when leaving. Ground floor usually floods in heavy rain.park there if you are happy to get deer wet

Parked here a few times for quadrant shopping.Good price for a few hours shopping. Sunday shopping is great as it's been free too park recently however no signs on entry or at machines leaving some people stressing and confused until passer byes like ourselves tell them as no staff on site.
