Newbie and Me Baby Store

Me and my partner came into newbie and me Telford back in November to order our travel system for our baby due in March. We booked our slot online which was easy to do and had a member of staff help us in store. We weren’t 100% on what travel system we wanted, however the member of staff that helped up (harmony) was very knowledgeable and showed us how the systems that we were interested in worked and let us have a go at them by ourselves. It was a very pleasant experience and we didn’t feel rushed into buying anything that day. We went home with details on the egg travel system and Silver Cross Dune system, and ended up popping back a week later to order the Silver Cross Dune ultimate bundle which we felt had everything and more that we would need for our little one. It was really helpful that we could also put down a deposit and pay the rest as and when we wanted to, rather than having to pay out a large lump sum in one. Overall it was a great experience, all the staff that we have interacted with were helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t definitely come back in the future to order another travel system if needed. Now we’re just waiting for our little one to arrive so we can actually put the Dune to the test!

Emily has been absolutely brilliant with us over the last couple of days. Popped in initially not really having a clue what we needed. Gave us time to look around and then was extremely helpful with showing us different styles of prams & packages that we could get.Went back again today and purchased the Oyster Ultimate bundle which was followed by further support and q&a’sReally pleased with the service & our purchase

We came in today as first time parents to be, to look at travel systems. Meg came over and helped us throughout, she was honest, shared her thoughts and showed us different pushchairs that fit our lifestyle. She’s been amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us!We came in with the idea of just getting a look and feel for different travel systems and ended up buying as we felt so clued up and aware of the different brands.We would absolutely recommend, and encourage any parents to be to pop in!So helpful.

Olivia and I visited the Telford branch of Newbie & Me yesterday (Wednesday 8th November 2023).Prior to arriving we had seen a few options for pushchairs and car seats online however we wanted to see them in person with the intention of ordering online.When we arrived at the store we were personally greeted by a member of staff who was wonderful, cheerful and just gave the impression that she loved her job which was great.We were then helped out by Bobbi, now this man i could not fault, first thing he asked my partner was when she was due and then went on to congratulate her which was a really nice personal touch. He then went on to give a full demo on the pushchair we liked and recommended a car seat to go with it. We were able to mess around with both the pram and seat to get the feel of it and we didn’t feel like we were being judged in doing so.The service in the store was so good that prior to leaving store we put an order down on the pram and car seat assisted by Meg who made the whole process flow and very easy.I would 100% recommend this store to anyone who has been looking online as it was a much better and personal experience then any other store i have visited.

Our first visit to Newbie and Me after coming across thier TikTok socials. We visited the Telford store and it was an absolute pleasure. Super helpful staff (Harmony looked after us) we wasn't made to feel stupid when we couldn't operate a single pushchair LOL. Friendly and not pushy at all, made us feel at ease. We will return for further purchases! Looking forward to picking up our new wheels in 11 weeks! Thank you Newbie and Me :)

Popped into Newbie and Me in Wellington with my baby today (25/10/23) to purchase a new car seat with very specific requirements and I was not disappointed. Bobby and Megan were both so incredibly helpful, they found us exactly what we were looking for and they demonstrated how it would work for us. Nothing was too much trouble, Bobby and Megan were both helpful, efficient, friendly and really went above and beyond to find something that matched our needs - all for a great price too. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again and will certainly be recommending to all my friends. Thank you Bobby and Megan for a great service.

Just had the best experience with Megan at the Newbie & Me store in Telford. She was so friendly, and asked us all the appropriate questions to point us in the right direction when it came to select a pram and car seat that would suit our needs and fit our vehicles. She showed us two similar bundles with two different price points. She gave us space and time to get our heads round everything and allowed us to collapse and build the prams so we were comfortable with the products. This was a great experience and I can’t wait to have my Oyster Essential Bundle. Thank you Megan.
