Having a real nightmare at home, power off, burglar alarm ringing, and needed an electrician, Jonathan came out at short notice, late at night, and was really helpful, sorted everything out quickly and efficiently, and was able to rectify the problem and offer advice on what to do if problems occurred in the future. He was polite and friendly throughout and made us feel nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend to anyone needing an electrician, either in an emergency or for general electrical work.

My salon was left clean and all rubbish was removed. CSS are now my go to builders for business and personal. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Cowboys. Absolutely wrecked our house. It’s been over 2 years since Complete Solutions fitted our new bathroom. The issues are finally resolved. Absolutely nothing was done right. Grouting fell out of the tiles, door was hung incorrectly, cupboard doors wouldn’t open, bath leaked which ruined our living room wall and ceiling, toilet leaked so badly the whole hallway needed redoing. New floor, ceiling, walls, lights all needed in our hallway. I honestly can’t tell you what went right. Complete Solutions came back to try to repair multiple times but just caused more issues. I know there’ll be a comment of “we reimbursed you” from the owner. We got a couple hundred pound back from thousands of pounds worth of damage. Finally writing this review after two years of stress. I’m sure Complete Solutions thought they got away with this but we’ve been living with the ramifications for years. Just avoid at all costs.
