Richard in the Sittingbourne store was great, nothing was too much trouble - would definitely go back to him.Home visit measuring service is one to steer clear of. 10000% better in store.

Went into the Sittingbourne Branch to browse for new carpet/laminate, was left to browse at my leisure.Was approached by a very nice Salesman who helped me with my questions, will come back in the new year once I have decorated.

Came in the other week and had a good chat about what i needed for my new home and was sorted within 30 minutes. I can’t wait for them to be fitted now. Thank you to the two chaps that helped me. Sorry i forgot their names.

We were able to browse the range of carpets without interference from staff. But when we needed help the staff were immediately on hand. They arranged to measure our house the very next day, and provided a quote the day after.Many thanks to the Sittingbourne branch staff for their fast action, and good quote!

Went into the shop last week and was a brilliant experience. We were just browsing but staff were really friendly. We had a few questions and a lady called Deanne was really helpful with answering them all. Would definitely recommend!

Have ordered samples online, which came the next day. That was less than 24hours later! Unbelievably quick. Have been dealing with a new member of staff that I've not met before called Richard. He had incredible knowledge which shows what good training you give. He's incredibly helpful, friendly and really made me fel that he cared about me as a customer.
