Don't take the booking if you can't actually do what you booked it for. My car was making a strange noise, so I called them to book it in for a look at. I told them what it might be but I said I wasn't sure, they said they'd have a look. I bring it down, and after a nice wait at reception, the guy takes it for a 1 minute test drive. Then he shows it quickly on the jacks. I ask if he was able to recreate the sound, he says no, he'd need a longer test drive which he doesn't have time for. And that I should come back on a weekday. Strangely, I booked it on a weekend because I can't do a weekday. What's the point in booking it in to be looked at, only to be told there isn't time to look at it. Apparently the garage has a good reputation, but I suppose they're out to prove it wrong now.

Went there as was garage for warranty for vehicle had just bought that got faults. Bit dodgy as didn't clear faults nor did it seem they were organised. Have had own mechanic look and he said they did fix faults properly. Wouldn't go by choice.

whilst on holiday in the new forest my campervan decided to not start , whilst waiting for the aa i started to phone garages in the area to see if they would be able to help as my van is quite large,whilst stood around a young lady asked if i was alright and i explained my fustration at a long wait for the aa, she pulled her phone out and gave me a number and said i should phone stuart at yewtree and ask his advice,Imagine my relief when i spoke to the garage and was told they could pop out and have a quick look as it sounded like a simple fix.Stuart came out and found the battery terminal had worked loose and he did a temporary fix and advised i should renew the terminal as it had corrosion and could happen again.I enquired whether it was something he could arrange which he did and i went to garage the following morning and had the work done.upon arriving at the garage the job was done very quickly and the invoice i recieved was equally as good as the service i was expecting much more as i wasnt local and everyting was done to accommodate my needs.it is one of lifes rewards when you meet people like stuart and andy who treat others with the compassion i like to give,i come to the forest several times a year from london and i will now co ordanate my servicing and mot with future hoildayswell done team yewtree

After my suspension collapsed on my way to camping these guys were able to sort me out, they got me in 2 days after I arrived and the work took a couple of hours, the price was very competitive as well even though they had me over a barrel. I'd highly recommend them.

Really good work undertaken on the car. Very helpful employees and front office staff supportive and helpful. Would recommend to all.
