I can't recommend this dealership enough. I arranged to look at a couple of VW Golf's on a Sunday afternoon after viewing a lot of other similar cars and I was becoming a little disheartened during my search as I couldn't find any cars within my budget that were acceptable. The cars advertised at BVG though were well within budget and they appeared immaculate on thier adverts but I was expecting them not to live up to expectations. I was completely wrong! They were perfect condition, full service history, low milage with lots of options added, I bought one within 10minutes of viewing, we were even allowed to test drive by ourselves. They normally only deliver within a 10mile radius but live at least 30miles away but they still delivered it free of charge! It arrived 2 days after buying it and the delivery driver Raymond was extremely friendly couldn't do enough to finalise everything in house i.e. final payment, all paperwork handover etc etc.We will definitely be returning to this dealership in the near future when we need to replace our other car.

I have to say it has been a pleasure to deal with BVG Automotive. We are very pleased with our purchase. The car was at a good price, the sales process was simple, thorough and transparent.When we collected the car there were some minor issues not spotted on the live video that needed to be sorted. Given our distance from BVG Automotive, it was agreed that would we take the car and obtain a quote for the repair and be reimbursed the cost. This worked really well. The items are now fixed and payment was made very quickly which was appreciated.A great service provided by the whole team at BVG Automotive. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Myself and my husband have bought two new cars from BVG in the past year. The service from beginning to end is excellent. From the moment you walk in, nothing is too much trouble. The selection of cars is fantastic, you're like a kid in a candy shop! We would most definitely recommend BVG to anyone and everyone, and will be making them our first stop next time we're on the look out for a new car.

Recently bought a land rover discovery as to which is in very good condition.Sales team are absolutely brilliant, work on an appointment basis (which I didn't realise upon first visit).However still was seen too as much as possible before offering to make appointment for next day, whilst they dealt with customers already booked in.The team arranged for car mats to be put in for me as there was non at the time of purchase, which was a bonus.As I am a trusting customer of reviews on a business, these guys deserve a good one and would recommend car purchases from BVG AUTOMOTIVE.

Excellent service. Great selection of beautiful cars. Shah was extremely friendly and approachable. However, complementary gifts such as air freshener, key rings, car cover, BVG branded shopping bags with every purchase would have been great touch to close the sale. I think customer would highly appreciate this little touch. Overall great service.Highly recommended. Thank you Shah, Syed and BVG team.
