Over many years I have almost lost count of the number of cars I have bought from a variety of dealers, from small local garages to shiny glass fronted main dealers. Encouraged by other reviews and Spalding Car Sales having a Tesla that fitted the bill, I made contact with Phil and Tamzin. From first contact, doing the deal and to collecting the car I can honestly say this has been a faultless experience and even enjoyable. Do not misunderstand me, while fortunately I have not had any bad experiences in the past, Phil could give lessons to many of the dealers I have come across in terms of customer care and the lengths he goes to in terms of car preparation, which he is obviously passionate about. A small operation but clearly successful, carefully selecting the cars they sell and in doing things right for their customers. Phil and Tamzin now have another customer who will look to return at some point in the future.

Bought a car from here. The whole process was a delight from my first enquiry, through a few long phone sessions discussing everything about the model, to the day I picked the car up. I travelled to Spalding by train, and was collected at the station. They managed to get my private plates on ready for pick up. They are passionate about cars, and take great pride preparing the cars for sale. Would definitely be my first choice when I'm looking for my next car.

The team are very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns when making the switch from petrol to electric. When viewing the car it was immaculate and that was down to Phil's detailing skills. First time buying a Tesla and was obviously worried about dealing with a company on the other side of the country to me.Needn't have worried, Spalding Car Sales were excellent.Firstly dealing with Tamzin, who was great with providing all information I needed and settling my nervousness.Picked the car up a couple of weeks later and after sorting out paperwork with Tamzin, Phil was also great at helping to set things up and getting me ready to go. Had a quick drive to make sure I was happy and comfortable with it and then drove 3 hours home. Had a few basic issues which Phil jumped on straight away.Overall superb experience in buying and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks for your help and service.

Phil, owner of Spalding Car sales, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. A very professional individual and a great, honest company.Unfortunately the vehicle I was after had been sold only 5 mins prior to my reservation. However, Phil went out his way to keep my updated on the procurement of other vehicles and went above and beyond; sending me images of his own Tesla and ones currently not on their website as they were going through preparation.I ended up going with another vehicle as suited me a lot better and was available there and then but had I not bought that one, I would have continued with Spalding Car Sales due to their fantastic customer service. Next time I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend this family-run business if you’re looking for a great quality vehicle with an upfront and honest sale.

Bought my first Tesla via Spalding Car Sales. I’ve dealt with many garages throughout my years and have to say I had the best experience with his garage. The team stayed behind to receive me later in the day due to me long travel and had the car charged and ready to go. There was s slight hick up with my finance (unrelated to the garage), yet they done everything they could to facilitate the sale still. The professionalism, quality and service was second to none. I dealt with Phil mostly who would honestly bend over backwards to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Really good service. I reserved the car without seeing in person, and was very happy when I got it. These guys prep the cars to a really high standard and I could see that in all the cars they had. Phil is very knowledgable on Teslas in general and did a helpful handover.

From the moment I made an enquiry right through to picking the car up a couple of weeks later fully prepared - I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Phil, Tamzin and the car being absolutely perfect.
