White Lotus Flowers - Flower Shop

I ordered a beautiful sympathy bouquet, it was suppose to be a medium bouquet with a mix of purple and white flowers (roses, freesias, lilac lisianthus, trachelium, lavender Statis, chrysanthemums and carnations. Cost £45 + £7.99 delivery charge and what was delivered looked like a bunch of cheap flowers you could pick up at a petrol station for £5! Cheap flowers and half the amount of flowers as advertised and the bouquet lacked the coloured flowers as illustrated in the photo instead they used purple floral cellophane to wrap the mostly white and green flowers in to add colour. Can’t tell you how extremely disappointed I am with the product I paid so much for and it was embarrassing to find that this family received such a poor bouquet from me! Tried to send a message back to them via text message but they don’t receive replies or messages. They only send them a message to say they delivered the flowers. I tried contacting eFlorists but could only leave a message via email. Very disappointed!!!

Can't post pictures yet as my wedding is in July, but I have to say what a lovely genuine caring beautiful soul vinnie is, not only is she amazing at her job but the love and genuine care she has to her customers is thernominal. The flowers are amazing but I have to comment on the lady behind it all.

If there were 10 stars, I’d honestly give 10! Vinny is a happy-go-lucky person that really takes an interest so as to offer the BEST service. She’s always able to advise on what’s best for various occasions and goes out of her way to ensure the best possible service is provided. Deliveries are punctual, variety & quality is ever present, cost is amazing, and my overall experience has been second to none! Highly recommend this florist to anyone and everyone for any occasion. Thank you so much for being there in my high and low times!

I loved my flowers sent by white lotus on Mother’s Day. Flowers are really fresh even on 4th day. Vinny is such a nice lady and always welcome her costumer with a big smile. I highly recommend this place.

I have to say they are one of the best florists!I received my bunch of flowers yesterday for mother’s day they were so beautiful. The owner was so lovely when I had placed the order because I wasn’t sure what I wanted, it was so last minute and they were absolutely stumped with orders I could here phones going off left right and centre!If you want a personal service and good quality despite the traffic of orders I would defo recommend them!!Thanks!!

After purchasing several flowers through Vinnie for either direct delivery - or she has access to a partner network to ensure delivery for further afield and kindly arranged that for me too I went to visit Vinnie's shop and spent time learning about Vinnie's journey full of as much colour as her flower displays.With a genuine passion for what she does coming through in her stories of who she had worked with over the years and a flow of customers through the door I was left in no doubt Vinnie was the right person for floral needs and a genuine pleasure to know Vinnie and Tony offer a quality way for expressing occasions whether they be a single gesture or much larger presentations whether they be in corporate or family events such as anniversaries, birthdays, funerals or weddings.

I had some flowers delivered on behalf of my boyfriend who was working aboard. To say that I sat and cried for hours would be an understatement. Not only was the sentiment beautiful but I have never seen such a intricate and stunning collection of flowers. Thank you for taking such love and care to make the flower arrangement.

Absolutely first class service, plus quality flowers & arrangement. This was for a very very special occasion (50th wedding anniversary) my wife was over the moon. I cannot praise them enough. I requested a specific two hour time slot and was delighted with the service. If you want a good job doing they are the people. I went passed the one bad review deeming it malicious and focused on the overall thoughts, I'm so glad I did. You make up your own mind, I'm so glad I did.
