I absolutely wouldn't look anywhere else for estate agent services. Mi home have been amazing from valuation to completion. Excellent communication and so competent and efficient all round. Lisa and the team at Mi Home provided a fantastic service when I sold a property near Kirkham. Everyone that I had contact with at Mi Home was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient, and overall, the communication was excellent. The property was a long way from where I live, and the staff went above and beyond in organising extras services like gardening and house clearance for me from local businesses. I would really recommend using Mi Home for properties in the Kirkham area.

Can't praise mi homes in Kirkham enough. Even our solicitor had nothing but praise from them. With our sale, they offered reasonable advise at what price to market our house. They were then able to negotiate with buyers the best price. When a sale was agreed, they kept us updated on a regular basis, on how the sale was going. Lisa and the team were friendly and didn't appear to mind us popping into the shop for updates, nothing was too much trouble. Highly reconmended.

Wonderful experience with Mi Home buying and selling a property. Lisa, Rachael, and the team couldn’t do enough for me both as a buyer of one of their properties and then as a seller. The team are knowledgable, polite, professional, and really know everything about the area, properties, and the market.
