Dolphin had been recommended to us by a couple who had moved out to Dalyan Turkey, so we where happy to go ahead. Well what a super team that arrived. They were efficient and very careful packing our worldly goods. They worked hard and we enjoyed their company. So thanks guys you all have been very professional and a pleasure to work with. Lets hope it is a easy the other end in Turkey. We will recommend you to any others that moving.

A very professional, helpful and efficient company from start to finish. I had my belongings shipped from north cyprus to the UK with no issues what so ever. I was assisted throughout the whole process of getting all paperwork in order (on both sides) it was relieving knowing there was someone there to assist me at all times. All my belongings arrived intact. I am very happy with Dolphin movers and would recommend them without hesitation.

At best, extremely disorganised. At worst, disingenuous and dishonest.I paid extra for an express service to have my car shipped from London to northern Cyprus. I was told that my car would be loaded on to the container the day I dropped the car off with Dolphin, or at the latest the following day. It took 8 days for my car to be loaded and only then because I looked up my cars location via its tracker and realised that it was in the exact same spot that I had left it. At no point in these 8 days did anyone from Dolphin contact me.Upon chasing Dolphin I was given a variety of different excuses/stories, many of which contradicted what I had been told previously. They finally settled on delays being due to covid related driver shortages (very convenient and strange that the same shortages didn't effect my belongings which were sent with a different provider (euromed) and happened to depart and arrive on time). When I requested an entirely reasonable partial refund on the premium I had paid for the express service, they had zero interest. In addition, I found cigarette ash in my car when it eventually did arrive in Cyprus (I don't smoke) and there were some low value items missing from the glove compartment.Do yourself a favour and use euromed (or any other provider).

Awful service. Dolphin was one of four companies involved in shipping my car from Cyprus to London, which arrived damaged. Don't know why 4 companies are needed to ship a car, but anyway. All four (1st Move International, Dolphin Movers, Autoshippers and Cyprus Logistics) showed no care as to the damage and none took the responsibility.Reported the damage when picking up, but obviously have been told that it already arrived like that - the usual story.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! I wish we hadn't listened to the positive reviews.Having used Dolphine for our move from the UK to Cypurs, I can’t emphasise enough how terrible the whole experience was!Where do I start, our move happened in two very drawn out parts, we were over charged and they definitely under delivered. We paid a huge premium of £13,000 for a full hassle free"packing and moving services by professionals who were suppose to care for your items and instead we got damaged goods and a bunch of cowboys. So many of our items ended up ruined partly because every time they arrived on site they didn’t come with enough packing material and just ‘made do’ which meant our items were not packed properly. NO BUBBLE WRAP WAS USED! Which removal company doesn't use bubble wrap?!!The language barrier with the team was also very frustrating as you were not able to explain what needed extra packing. The site foreman was the only one who spoke English and every time I asked for something to be wrapped with extra care ie our tv and art work I was told to "TRUST THEM" and they bragged about moving a celebrities house and "they knew what they were doing". I then found out all their workers were subcontracted so they really couldn't care less.Having unloaded our items abroad it was clear to see Dolphin were totally incapable of carrying out the job we were promised and our TV was smashed to pieces

All the reviews here make me think that either :A. They are lifted from a company brochure somewhereB. It is a completely different Dolphin Removals in Ponders EndC. I have just read the reviews........ They DO sound too good to be real !Where does one begin ?Think very very carefully regarding your shipping needs. The company that you pick is shipping (in our case) an entire house that represents your life. The singular most disastrous mistake we made with our relocation from the UK to the US was to use Dolphin Removals. Sincerely wish I could turn back the clock. I never haggled the cost or questioned their professionalism at any stage. And by the length of this comment, I am not a troll obviously. Just a very disgruntled customer.I understand that everyone makes mistakes (myself included) but what is still occurring with the contents of my home boggles the mind. Dolphin Removals do not actually know where the contents of my home are right now, they 'think' that they are in transit. Think ?I received a competitive quote, during the initial email exchanges with the specialist they said that this is a very busy period and need to get a date in (sound familiar?) booked for the pick up of our contents. The time estimated from pick up in South East England to the East Coast of the US delivery was 3-4 weeks due to the busy moving period of the Summer. My contents didn't warrant a single 40ft container due to the amount of furniture would only fill between a third and half of it so the specialist advised to save the extra £1000 as it is so busy I wouldn't wait too long for the shared container to be filled. It has taken almost 8 weeks for my material to be loaded (they think) onto the ship.I have heard every excuse that you can imagine regarding delays, organization, unexpected lull in the removal market at its busiest time etc etc etc.So far my family has had 4 weeks in the UK with no furniture and 4 weeks in the US with no furniture. Airbeds and camping chairs are no fun.Yesterday I was told that the date I expected the arrival of the contents of my home (after 3 weeks of waiting) was in fact the date that the contents had been loaded and left the UK. No reason, no excuse and certainly nothing to allay my fears. When I expressed calmly my frustration, I received a generic Cut and Paste email explaining how they are not liable for delays etc etc etc.Shocking customer service, shocking. When I asked for possible compensation, well I haven't received a reply. My home should be arriving in the US in 3 more weeks which brings it up to 13 weeks once it has cleared customs, if there is no delay.A £2000 cost A 3-4 week estimate from a specialist became 13-14 week reality.Think very very carefully about who you trust with the contents of your home.

I am writing this review on behalf of my friend who moved from abroad to the UK. The original company they used was not Dolphin Movers but another company, it would seem that when it arrived in the UK it was passed to Dophin Movers to deliver. They first turned up at the wrong property, luckily someone was home to tell them the correct address. They were updated with the correct address - after looking through the paperwork left by the delivery men, they had both addresses on the paperwork (it was only updated on one delivery slip/ check list and not the other - so miscommunication there...)Secondly, they requested help to assemble a piece of furniture. You would think naturally that this would be at the point of delivery. However, Dolphin Movers decided to build it in the warehouse to save time". It was unpacked in the warehouse (all protective packaging removed) and forced together (the instructions were not in English). The original plan was to tell them how to do it upon arrival. So at this point it was damaged from guesswork of how to put it together

I have moved to northern Cyprus and used dolphin in the removal process. I paid for the best service they had to offer and ended up paying over £13k for the job. They assured me they had moved A listers and top end clients and my goods would be wrapped on site by professional staff who were extremely skilled and experienced. My goods were damaged, they did not use a single bubble wrap and wrapped my new 85inc TV with brown paper. They managed to crack my dryer in half! No office is taking responsibility, not London or northern Cyprus. These guys are not professional, I have tried to contact the MD and apparently his too busy to deal with such issues. Honestly I never write reviews because there are a lot of keyboard heroes who moan about everything but in this case I cannot believe the money I was charged and the service we received. They charged me for 2 containers and could have done the job in one. On top of that they placed other people’s cars into my container and charged me and them for the job! This is robbery. Absolutely have no words. There are other companies you could use, do not use Dolphin, I have them so many chances and my time to rectify the issues and they don’t even have the decency to answer calls or return calls, emails, etc.
