As an American driving in Scotland for the first time, I cut it a bit too close on the left on a roundabout and got a flat tire just 2 miles away from our final destination in Fort William. I had purchased the roadside assistance thru the rental company, but with it being a Saturday night, I was told they wouldn’t be able to help me at least until the following day and would send a taxi service to get us to our accommodations for the night. Thankfully, instead, these guys showed up, even ahead of the ETA and completely took care of us! He brought us to our accommodation and told me they would take care of anything and not to cancel any of my prior plans(I thought for sure I’d need to cancel my tour the following day). They changed the tire and made it extremely easy for us, with the flat tire incident barely affecting our trip. Incredibly grateful for the kindness and efficiency from this company!

Prompt response and seriously helped us in no time, within an hour our car got towed to be fixed, blown up tyre replaced with great advice to relieve the stress. off we went to carry on our scottish tour. thank you and for the yummy freshly laid eggs

Thank you so much to the fantastic team, who rescued us from the middle of nowhere in the early hours of the morning. They took us and the rental car back to our holiday accomodation and then came back the next morning and replaced the tyre for us. So friendly and helpful. Thanks again!!!!

During a recent trip to Scotland, my husband suffered a head injury. On the way to the hospital, we had a flat tire. It was night time, on a dark, narrow road, and raining, and the recovery truck arrived promptly. The driver was courteous, efficient, and professional. He even drove my husband to the emergency room prior to returning our car to the recovery garage for repair. I would review this company with 10 stars, if that was an option!

We had a tyre blow out on the road between Skye and Fort William. The AA sent ADJ Stevenson to assist. The service was fantastic. The first driver arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He took time to inspect the car and to arrange for a second driver to pick it up. The second driver arrived quickly and took us to the garage in Fort William, and then to a hotel. Both drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks for helping us when we were stuck in the middle of nowhere on a Friday evening.

the only ones willing to take a look at the screw on the tyre of our campervan on such a short notice. didn‘t even request payment since the screw didn‘t puncture the tyre, left a generous tip nonetheless. super friendly and helpful!

We rented a car in a Scotland last week. My friend Italian was driving and during the first day we got too close to the left at some point and there was a massive stone and we flat the top and rear left tyres. What a disaster right? Thank god my friend upgraded the insurance from the car rental earlier that day because as soon as we call they sent this handy man from ADJStegenson Recovery. Not only he arrived before the ETA the car rental told us but also he took us and replaced the two tires within 30min. We were so happy and satisfied with the service. I cannot recommend him enough !

Great retrieval service. We blew a tire up in the Highlands and Frank came to the rescue. They loaded the car up, drove us to the garage and replaced the tire. Super friendly staff and playful dogs.
