I qualified as a massage therapist myself at a one of the top massage schools in the UK over 30 years ago. Over the years I have struggled to find a properly trained therapist to give me a massage who really knows how to give a proper massage, with proper technique and to match the standards that I was taught all those years ago. I am delighted to have finally found such a person in Jennifer. She is someone that I can trust 100% and completely relax with without mentally critiquing what they are doing. For me to drift off and completely let go in a massage is a new experience, one which I aim to repeat on a regular basis. Not only is her technique of high standard, but she has a great manner and energy. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Jen is a tremendous massage therapist. She took the time to ask about my heath and if there were any trouble spots I had she could focus on. After the treatment I left feeling so relaxed and clear minded I’m pretty positive I feel asleep right there on the table. Jen really is everything you could ask for in a massage therapist, very in tune with your needs and wellbeing. One of the best massages I have had.

I've had Swedish, deep tissue and hot stone massages with ViTara Therapies. I'm beyond happy with the treatments I've received. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I will be back.

Jen is an amazing massage therapist. I am a regular distance runner and she has been helping to relieve tension in my lower back and legs. My lower back pain has disappeared from regular massage sessions and she is very considerate and kind as well.

I have been having treatment with Jen @ Vitara since September 2023. I had problems with my neck which was very painful. I have now had 9 sessions including back, neck and shoulder massages and also recently hot stones therapy (which I highly recommend). After a few sessions Jen had an understanding of my needs and the sessions are now tailored to this. The massages are also very relaxing. Jens' care and attention to detail are amazing. I am now really benefiting from the sessions and my neck pain is improving week by week. I would highly recommend Jen @ Vitara Therapies for her treatments!
