Would give less than 1star if I could. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I can only assume most of the positive reviews on here are fake. This company has been utterly incompetent to say the least. We booked flights to America which obviously got cancelled due to COVID. They tried to say I can still go as I'm an American citizen! Absolute joke. They refused to give us transcripts of phone calls and price breakdowns even after requesting them numerous times. They have now refused to issue a refund even though the airline has sent the money back to them so they have effectively STOLEN money from me. Utterly incompetent. Will be complaining to the CAA and any other professional bodies that I can.

Terrible service waited over a week for tickets. Keep getting promised they will be sent but nothing. Very disappointed

Bad communication this place

I will give less than one to this travel company. They sold us a ticket giving us the wrong advice that we could travel with less than 6 months valid passport as long as we were going to our own country from Uk, this turned out to be untrue as we could not be allowed to travel by the airline they sold tickets for, we were asked to add more money to change tickets, they didn’t tell us that we needed transit visa for a less than 30 minutes,flight connection they booked us on we were not allowed to travel due to this, they have refused to take accountability. Yet they told us if we could not travel due to visa etc come back they will change tickets. They are so incompetent, poor customer service, unprofessional, the worse company I ever dealt with, they never call back as they promised, they had us calling them back. Up to now they have refused to reimburse the ticket , or tell us if ticket can be used in near future. Don’t use them, avoid as a plague

We had booked a return flight from Auckland to Heathrow via Houston, unfortunately our flight was cancelled through a cyclone and New Zealand Air didn't want to know even though they cancelled the flight.We were told get in touch with agency that we bought tickets from. Unfortunately Travlocks 24 service never answered, but as soon as we could get in touch John was brilliant and got us flights the next day via San Francisco. Thank you John you were brilliant and eased our anxiety no end. Our flight was the last to leave because of ongoing cyclone difficulties.

I warn anyone planning to use this company to reconsider. We handed over large sums of money to this firm in good faith. Upon cancellation of our flights the customer service was the worst i have ever encountered.I was given false information relating to my rights to a refund and asked to chase them for updates. Still waiting for my refund and in the process of taking legal advice against Travlock.Avoid like the plague.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Still waiting after 4 months for refund cancelled flights due to Covid. They told me 15 weeks wait for a cash refund. Last week told me 24 hours . Yesterday told me they have no idea. BA already told me they have had the money.Now i'm trying with my visa debit for a chargeback. Then visa will fight for the money. I'm sure they will have better luck than me.If that fails i'm afriad its small claims and advice from Martin Lewis. Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company.
