I wasn't happy I wanted to buy shoes but it was a big mess and no member of staff around to ask for help. I got new look credit card I do shop in store often for me and my daughter

Staff friendly, went in just before closing time with the Mrs who wanted to try every variation of some pants that looked like karate pants. The girl who worked there was honest & helpful to her despite the shop brinking on closing. Full of strange clothes.

Totally gone down hill. Very limited stock of clothing. Either way too large or just super boring. Went the other week and there was maybe 3 dresses I could see. Upsetting as it used to be pretty good.Also got misled into signing up for a store credit card. Have paid it off now but as soon as I got it in the post it went right in the bin. Thought I was singing up to a card for points. Was not made clear to me what the store card was. Very poor service.

Nice place clean and pleasant, only thing I wasn't happy with was no one was on the fitting room to great us but the till staff was very friendly .

Nice selection of clothing, my wife was very pleased with the quality and selection on offer. We timed our visit well as there is a sale on with many bargains to be found. We had no problems with the returns we were taking back to the store, and as such we bought alternative items whilst at this visit. Excellent customer service.

Why are all sale items a size 4 or 6? Don't you cater for anyone who actually eats a decent meal? Annoying that every time I go the till assistants always try to offer a new look store credit card, I don't want one. Other than that ok to check out maybe once a blue moon.

Pretty standard New Look, 20% off offer was a bonus for my wallet, this store doesn't feel as cramped as some of the other stores. The layout still has alot to be desired, wandering round searching is almost something like they want you to do, to try and buy more!Staff were also much more friendlier than the Lancaster store.
