I go in here on a monthly basis to get all my greetings cards. I always get a comment from someone about the lovely cards I send. In March I needed 5 cards, no problem at Card Factory, and all lovely for under £6 for the lot.

Poor selection of cards. Only 3 husband types and 1 type of grandad Christmas cards. Not much thought gone into wrapping paper either. The selection seems all half hearted.

Staff are super helpful. They even changed the helium balloon without charge when my 1st choice balloon colour didn't perfectly match the display on its wrapper. Thank you

Great value greeting cards, but poor service. Queuing to pay is a major irritation, whilst other staff faff around straightening cards on display. Open another till pronto !
