Eastbourne Wing Chun - Austin Goh
Wing chun is an amazing style of Kung fu (gongfu) and uses realistic self defense scenarios. Sifu Austin goh is a great teacher and helps you with your fitness and Kung fu. Kung fu is not just beating your opponent in a fight, it is also physical fitness and meditation. Many famous Martial artists studied wing chun like Bruce lee and Yip man. Kung fu has been around since 500 a.d. and has had a long time to improve and develop its teachings. This means it is an amazing martial art but then again, it is not the martial art, it is the practitioner so start training now.
