Not Just Travel - Kathy Emsden

I cannot recommend Kathy Emsden enough, we had a fantastic, stress-free time on our Mediterranean cruise, I only wish we could have stayed longer. This is the first time that I have booked with Kathy and the whole experience was super easy.Kathy is knowledgeable, efficient, and super organised. Even after booking our cruise, Kathy stayed in touch with us in the lead up to our holiday, ensuring that we were happy with everything including our paperwork. She also checked in with us whilst we were away.Being a cruise, Kathy paid particular attention to where our cabin was situated on the ship and due to the recent press coverage regarding lack of available sunbeds, I was concerned that it might be an issue. Not a problem, Kathy took my concerns onboard and came back to advise the exact deck/area that I should head for. Great personal service. I cannot wait to book my next holiday with Kathy.
