If I could I wouldn’t even put one star, the staff there are so rude when speaking to customers. In the morning it was so busy and only 2 people were serving, and they did nothing to help speed things up. When I simply asked if a counter was open the staff member very rudely replied ‘no can’t you see’ even though it wasn’t clear to know if it was open or closed. I’ll never go back there ever again. What a horrible way to start my morning.

I had a passport photo taken here and it was rejected by the passport office. I had to spend more money to get another one taken.

I'm very surprised looking at the other reviews. I've always found the staff very friendly and efficient here. The only reason I dropped a star is because they changed the opening hours so can no longer use their services before work as they don't open til 9am.

I have never in my life left a bad review or have been so disgusted by the blatant racist behaviour I have received in this post office I am absolutely disgusted. I’ve been refused by the same specific woman twice in there to pick up my packages (I had proof of ID, passport and driving license) for security reasons. If my ID is clearly myself and I have proof of order number I have no idea what kind security the woman can be concerned about other than the reason that I am black. Absolutely disgusting and now the same situation has happened with my mother. Foul

Friendly knowledgeable staff.Most importantly it is well staffed with 2 counters open most times and 4 at peak, which does make such a difference on queuing times, and so rare in 2023.

Avoid. Avoid this post office online showing right price but when you going there unbelievable charge 2 times more .if I wasn't desperate I never used them this last time I use this post office there are rap of and so rude.if you want save your stress and your money try defeat post office

Rude old people working in there all of them are menlty sick and have issues with there family they come to work with not knowing what they are talking aboutI request the council to eather change people or cancel there licance

Deserve zero stars. I would not go here again for Amazon returns after rude behaviour and forced to buy extra packaging for returns.Will not be going here again and I would recommend you avoid and go to a different post office who doesn’t force you to buy unnecessary packing contributing to their profit and creating excess plastic waste.
