As a female I often felt intimidated using new gyms, but there was absolutely no need to feel that way here. Amazing atmosphere, with amazing friendly helpful staff. Infact loved it that much I signed up to Pt sessions. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone of all abilities, whether you just starting your journey or are already on it.

This is by far the best gym ive ever set foot in. Nice and spacious and a wide variety of top quality equipment. A very friendly environment and the guys will stop at nothing to help you out if you need anything. Id highly recommend this gym to anybody, such a brilliant hidden little gem.

Well priced, friendly gym with all the gear I need (mostly focused on free weights). Great that they have a no-fuss pay as you go option so I could try it out for a bit before committing (paying annually now). Parking could be an issue but I go at lunch time and walk. Quiet in the gym at this time but parking is still busy due to kids soft play next door.

What an amazing Gym, been a member here since the day it opened and never looked back. Great atmosphere, amazing kit and most importantly, fantastic staff! By far the best gym in Manchester.

Fantastic new gym with a great atmosphere. The staff are all really friendly and put you at ease as soon as you arrive, and the PTs really know their stuff. The equipment is amazing, very easy to use and lots of choice to work any area of the body - more choice than any other gym I've been to in the area.Will definitely be back regularly and would recommend to all from beginner level to regular gym user.
