The Griffin Inn - Swithland
We went to the Griffin Inn for a wedding reception. Wow what a fantastic place the reception room was beautiful and the weather was nice so we also used the outdoor area which was well kept with tables and lawns and nice views. The staff were amazing so polite and helpful. The food was first class and drinks reasonably priced. We cannot recommend the Griffin enough. It deserves 6 ⭐

Went for the classic car show,held first Tuesday of the month. In aid of rainbows. Excellent turn out. Limited bar. Cashless. Outside catering, cheese burgers etc. Not to bad.

We went for a Sunday afternoon roast. The service was great and the food was excellent.We had the private room which is lovely if you have a big group. It gives you that home away from home vibe.Food was slightly pricey, but staff were friendly and ensured we had everything we needed.I would highly recommend.

Visited here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Large car park, large outdoor seating area which was where we sat. Good atmosphere outside & busy for a Wednesday lunchtime. The staff were really friendly, nothing too much trouble. We had some nibbles, missed the starter although there was some tasty looking dishes on, and enjoyed mains & puddings. All really tasty & nicely presented. Would visit again

Another of our random pick of places to visit for Sunday roast.Glad we choose this place as the food was amazing and the service was excellent, we will be coming back again to try the rest of the menu.The pub itself is really nice with a good atmosphere and would love to come here in the summer.

A nice atmosphere and decorated venue but the food portions are small and quite steeply priced. Enjoyed the ambience but not the £16 pea ravioli which came in at £2 per ravioli with this portion.

Excellent. Definitely on the list to return.The food was outstanding; nothing to criticise at all. Service was great. Nice warm fire in the snug of the pub and generally clean, pleasant and welcoming all round.Thanks for a great lunch.
