Their phone line never works. It has two options either to cancel an appointment or if you select the second option it says ‘ Sorry your call cannot be completed’. I think they deliberately don’t want to answer the phones. What a joke! I have to deal with a sick kid now and am not able to get through to the GP. It’s so frustrating. To respond to the reply: I called the GP at 4:30 pm and started as the 6th patient in the queue and I was the the number 1 on the call queue from 4:45 until 7:25 pm. I hang up at the end because obviously nobody is going to pick the phone.

Not one to leave reviews normally but as a new patient here I've been really impressed by the level of care offered and the friendliness of reception staff, thank you

The administrative staff are what let the practice down. It's worth feeding back that a plastic screen doesn't prevent the entire waiting room, and certainly not those waiting in line, from hearing rude comments, their clear breaches of patient confidentiality and their overall lack of empathy and personal skills. My very unwell pregnant partner attended today for an appointment agreed on the telephone to find that the person she spoke to 'forgot' to book the appointment. To add insult to injury, the woman who failed to do her job, and her colleague proceeded to laugh about the error while my partner was still standing there. One can't help but feel that with a little more care and humanity, the practice staff would be able to prevent at least some of the over and mis use of services, and prevent their patient's time being wasted.I'd also like to clarify that I wouldn't be reviewing after one poor experience, but I have in the past decided that the poor service that's impacted me didn't warrant wasting my time further. I could name several occasions of discontent in the last 6 months alone.

Changed practice, poor service, can't ever get call answered, reception seems to be closed every time I go in to try and make appointment when you try to make an appointment Dr's are good, receptionists leave you waiting 15 minutes 8am queue forms an no one knows why. I feared that when I needed help I would not get it Glad to have left the practice.

My appointment was at 9:15 and they didn’t bother calling my name until 10:00! Some people need to be at work not wasting time in a waiting room. And Dr Neil Ingram was very rude while treating me. Seems as if he didn’t care or want to help me. In fact he didn’t even look at me once he just kept his eyes in his computer. I’m very dissapointed with his service in particular almost felt as if it was a bit racially motivated

I've been at this practice for 15 years. I understand that most GP services are under enormous pressure and this probably wont change. We are lucky to have a free NHS service as some countries you have to pay.Yes I've had to wait in a queue on the phone like everyone else but when I've got through I've always been listening to and managing to get an appointment.I've had lot's of health issues over the past couple of years and always felt supported by the practice.Thank you for your service its much appreciated

They've cancelled my appointment less than an hour before I was supposed to attend. Instead of calling me and giving me option to rearrange, they've send a text message to ring their reception. After waiting on the line for a long time and finally speaking to somebody, I was told there's no appointment for me for next 2 weeks!!Also, this is not the first time this happened to me.

Dr's are lovely however it's very hard to get an appointment. My 8 month old son has been ill over the weekend, called on Monday 30 times between 8.00 and 8.15 on second call I was put in a que ( no.10) but the phone line cut. Every call after that I got a message saying your call can not be completed at present please try again later" and phone was put down.Really not OK

I feel like GP surgery staff never get enough recognition. I’ve been registered since birth and have my two children registered here too. Reception staff always friendly and accommodating. Have just come from an appointment for my son with Dr Ingram and could not fault him at all, by far the most caring and helpful doctor at the surgery along with Dr Cheang. I always try and request one of these two GP’s for my children - they’re brilliant. It’s greatly appreciated when a clinician takes your concerns regarding your children seriously.

I am disappointed in how most of my appointments went at this surgery over a period of a year. There were perhaps two times I felt really cared for and listened to. The experiences that topped it off was being told ‘you’re overthinking this and a bit over the top’ from one of the ambulance nurses who was seeing me. One of the Beechwood doctors once made a rude comment in regards to my journey to pregnancy and that was it for me. The staff I was seen by just weren’t nice , maybe they were having a bad day but hard to believe as it happened more often than not. I don’t recommend this surgery at all. I think they need some training in genuine patient care.
