Finewood Joinery Products Ltd

Sealing at foot of door bought 7 years ago was failing so ordered a replacement at Finewood's premises in Falkirk and given contractor's name to fix. I contacted the contractor and he turns up a few weeks later with a new bar to containing new seals. Now left with surplus seals. At no time did Finewood mention or explain that doors are fixed with a new bar. The next day I called Finewood to ask if can get a refund and told 'NO'! Clearly there has to be a better system to communicate the various options to customers? Anyway the person to whom I spoke was rude and abrupt. He didn't even say the word Finewood when he answered. I had to ask him to be sure I had contacted the correct company! Not a good start and not a good first impression if someone is phoning around. In addition I did say I was thinking of getting a replacement back door but he couldn't have been more disinterested. Happy to spread the word about Finewood. Ok product but dire customer relations.

Staff are really helpful, door choice is massive. Worth a visit if you're looking for doors, ironmongery or finishings.

We went to the showroom and were very impressed with the amount or doors they had on dispy for us to look at. We picked the doors we wanted. We are very happy with them and look great in our house.The staff member we spoke to was very helpful.Would definitely recommend this company.
