I ve gave them 5 stars last night, but today i change my mind because i was all day waiting for my parcel and suddenly they sent me and update tracking saying they ve been asked to return it to the sender. I tried to call them, email them, etc, not answer, my parcel worth 130£, which is lost atm. Don’t buy here guys, sometimes is better to pay a bit more and get your stuff 100%.

I have bought from them before and enjoyed the product but will not be buying anymore.I moved to a new place and had changed my billing and delivery address on their website and before ordering I double checked the address however it was sent to my old address. Waste of £24.

Good service. The courier didn't leave a calling card on the first delivery attempt matrix were very helpful finding out what had happened enabling me to get my delivery

Really bad service, had my parcel 'delivered' but in fact it was not delivered. They told me to call police and wait about 5 working days for investigation then another few days for maybe a refund , who knows what would be the outcome. I am £60 out of pocket. Took my money, it is not legal! I will take this further. Really bad experience.

Protein quality is absolutely spot on, the delivery was fast & well updated. The price is fantastic and much better than any other supplements companies. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you @MatrixNutrition.

My ordered arrived on time, but the protein tub was broken open with most of the powder spilled into the box, an absolute mess. I've tried to contact them on Facebook, email, twitter, nothing no reply, they literally took my money and are ghosting me. I'm so vexed I spent over £70, and all I got was a rock which was meant to be my beta alanine, and non usable protein powder.Ikram

Love the taste of the protein, (Matrix Micellar Casein Protein 4kg strawberry),A good price too. Early day to say how effective it is,but time will tell. The only gripe I have is delivery. Yes I received it the next day but it was left on my doorstep( not good when you live in the kind of area I live) When I specified If I wasn't in to leave with trusted neighbor. All that said , I like the quality and prices so will shop again in the future.

Protein powder is great with a good flavour and the protein bars that i have ordered have been delicious.Be careful of the guaranteed next day delivery, that is only applicable if you order Mon - Thursday before 4pm as they do not deliver on a Saturday.As this wasn't made clear on the website and due to this I had to call to sort out the delivery address which was a premium number and cost me neigh on £5 to call and when I complained I was told repeatedly it was obvious until i pointed out the exact sections on the website that I was looking at and then I was simply told they would talk to the website team.Whilst they did change the delivery address with the courier the attitude of zero f*cks given* came to mind and there wasn't even a simple sorry which would have sufficed. If I had wanted to complain apparently it would have gone through to the same customer service person?Any way 5* products and would have been 5* review if delivery was available on a Saturday which most retailers and couriers offer as a standard and if after the error was made the service had been a bit more heartfelt with a non premium call line."
