Excellent place to live in..we had some problems in past but it was later fixed.best place to live if you want to see sunrise sunset ,moonlight from your house or from tje terrace...they have beautiful lounge gyms ..

I am very satisfied with living here. I have moved in to the Helm in 2020 - when it was just built and can definitely say that it is the best residence in Bournemouth. Its location is perfect as it close to both the city center and rail station (within 10min of walking). The management team is very friendly and always ready to help. They are making a lot of effort to create the sense of community in the residence by organising: movie night, tasty free lunches or art classes for all ages in the lounge. The residence is clean and maintained well. Cant think of anything negative to say so i recommend living here for everyone whether you are young professional or a family - The Helm is amazing place to be!

broken lifts, wifi doesn't work, stuck with one awful utilities company, food deliveries to door not allowed (even when ill, which is incredibly dangerous during a pandemic) and dirty. Even simply getting my deposit back is a pain! Happy to no longer be living there.

Being retired I decided to sell my property I had lived in for 25 years and rent instead. It was either that or an old age home lol. I got very disillusioned at the quality of property in the rental market that was anvailable, until by chance I came across an advert for The Helm. The moment I viewed the apartment I just ‘knew’ it was the place for me to be. I have now been in residence for a month and can honestly say this place has changed my life. The building is extremely trendy and upmarket with quality amenities in a most convenient sought after part of town.The staff here are extremely friendly, professional and nothing but nothing is too much trouble; from giving advice to help with hanging pictures on the wall. Candice, Kayley, Stuart and the cleaning staff are gems!The amenities here are absolutely outstanding. The communal lounge is large, airy and has outstanding views, perfect for entertaining a friend or working from home - there’s even free coffee and tea! The outside terrace along with herb garden is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a picnic or sundowner and of course has the ‘best view in Bournemouth’ for the Friday Firework displays. I can’t wait for the Air Show. I have friends visiting and I know we will have the best seats in town! The other communal amenity I love is the well-equipped gym and regular classes run by a professional trainer. For a small gym the quality of the equipment is impressive. I have also attended one of the regular well-organised social events and am now looking forward to the next one.One thing that stands out at The Helm is the ability to be able to keep pets (very rare and unusual for rented property). Although I don’t have one yet it is reassuring to know that this is allowed. As an avid dog lover, I’ll make do with making friends with the resident dog owners for now.Having worked in the consultancy business for many years I know how important honest review and feedback is. The staff and indeed the apartments and amenities have exceeded my expectations. Totally life changing! I look forward to spending many more happy years here.
