The property I'm selling is unique in nature and therefore there is a smaller pool of buyers to choose from but CR have checked in regularly to ensure that I'm still happy with our approach.

We purchased our first house using Church Robinson and they were great. Therefore it was a no brainer to choose them when it came to sell up. Our purchase property was also being dealt with by CR. The service was excellent throughout the process for both. We had a particularly lengthy/complicated sale involving our original buyer pulling out. Gary and Raffaele got us a new buyer within 48hrs.
