The rooms are sophisticated and relaxing and cleanliness is a top priority.Charlotte always puts her clients first, putting them at ease and making them feel relaxed and ultimately, pampered. She is super-friendly, a great conversationalist and all round lovely therapist...plus she is able to carry out waxes in a pain-free manner!
